Privacy Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how B&S Academy (“B&S”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use this website, send us an application, or study with us. We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other applicable law.

By submitting a form on this website, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described here. If you are under 18, please submit forms with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

Who we are

B&S Academy is an SAT, AP and university admissions academy located at Uzbekistan St 86, Samarkand, Samarqand Region. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy question, contact us: bssat.info@gmail.com · Telegram @bssat_admin · +998 93 072 36 70.

What data we collect

Information you give us in our forms. Which of it we ask for depends on the program:

  • Contact details: full name, phone number, Telegram username and email address.
  • Personal details: age or date of birth, citizenship, city or country.
  • Education details: school, grade, curriculum, graduation year, GPA, class rank, test scores (SAT, AP, IELTS and others), and the subjects and programs you are interested in.
  • Application details: your goals, intended major, target universities, extracurricular activities, awards, research and other answers you write.
  • Financial details you choose to share: whether you need financial aid and an approximate family income range. We never ask for bank card numbers on this website.
  • Files you upload, such as an application or a CV for review.
  • Score verification for guaranteed programs: a video message in which you show your College Board score.
  • Questions you type into the AI assistant on this website.

Information you send us directly, for example in Telegram messages, phone calls or emails.

Technical information: when you open the website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Cookies and embedded content

We use one essential cookie that remembers the language you chose. It does not track you.

The contact page shows a Yandex map, and some pages can show YouTube videos. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Videos load from YouTube only after you press play. The News page shows photos from our Telegram channel, which load from Telegram’s servers.

Why we use your data

  • to answer your application or question and to contact you;
  • to place you in the right program and group (placement tests, mock exams, score checks);
  • to provide our educational services under our agreement with you;
  • to process payments, refunds and the guarantee of guaranteed programs;
  • to send you important information about classes, schedule changes and exams;
  • to keep the records required by law and to protect our rights in a dispute;
  • to keep the website secure and to prevent spam and fraud.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform our agreement with you, and to meet our legal obligations.

Children and parents

Many of our students are under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to the processing of your data and must accept our Public Offer before you start a paid program. We may contact your parent or guardian about your enrollment, payments and progress. A parent or guardian can ask us to show, correct or delete a child’s data at any time.

Who can see your data

Your data is seen only by the B&S team members who need it: admissions staff, mentors and teachers.

We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Telegram: applications and uploaded files arrive in our team’s private Telegram group, and we talk to students through Telegram;
  • Google: applications are recorded in Google Sheets, and classes use Google Classroom;
  • Cloudflare: hosts this website;
  • Groq: if you use the AI assistant, your messages are sent to Groq, Inc. to generate the answers. We do not save the chats; they stay in your browser tab until you close it;
  • banks and payment providers: to take payments and make refunds.

We never sell your personal data. We share it with others only when the law requires it, for example at the lawful request of a state authority, or when you ask us to.

Where your data is stored

Some of our service providers (Telegram, Google, Cloudflare and Groq) store data on servers outside Uzbekistan. When you submit a form, you agree that your data may be transferred to and stored on these servers, which are protected by the providers’ security measures.

How long we keep your data

  • Applications from people who do not enroll: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Student records: while you study with us and up to 5 years after, or longer when the law requires it (for example, payment documents).
  • Uploaded files and score-verification videos: until the review or the guaranteed program is finished and any refund question is settled, and no longer than 1 year.

Your rights

You can:

  • find out whether we hold your data and get a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law or under our agreement with you;
  • withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that already happened, and we may not be able to continue services that need the data;
  • complain to the authorized state body for personal data protection.

To use these rights, write to bssat.info@gmail.com or Telegram @bssat_admin. We answer as soon as possible and within the time limits set by law.

How we protect your data

We give access to your data only to the team members who need it, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website, and work with providers that have strong security. No system is completely secure, so please never send us passwords or bank card details in forms or messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with a new date. If the changes are significant, we will also inform our current students.
