The website is run by B&S Academy, Uzbekistan St 86, Samarkand, Samarqand Region. It describes our SAT, AP and university admissions programs and lets you send us applications and questions.

We work to keep program descriptions, schedules and prices accurate and up to date, but they may change. The terms that apply to you are the ones confirmed when you enroll, together with our Public Offer.

Prices are in Uzbek sum (UZS). Prices in US dollars are approximate and shown for convenience.

Information on the website is general. It is not a personal recommendation for your testing or admissions strategy.

Scores, admissions and scholarships shown on the website are real results of our past students, published with their permission. They show what is possible, but they do not guarantee that you will get the same result.

The only result we guarantee is described in the written terms of our guaranteed programs, under the conditions set there. We do not guarantee admission to any university or any scholarship.

Sending a form is a request to us, not a contract. Your place in a program is confirmed only after we accept your enrollment and you pay under our Public Offer.

Please give accurate information. Do not submit forms on behalf of another person without their permission. If you are under 18, submit forms with your parent’s or guardian’s permission.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• send spam, false applications or harmful files;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• automatically copy large parts of the website (scraping) or use it for unlawful purposes;
• pretend to be another person or to represent B&S Academy.

The website and its texts, design, logo, photos, videos and course materials belong to B&S Academy or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, publish, sell or share our content or course materials, or use the B&S name and logo, without our written permission.

SAT and AP are registered trademarks of the College Board, which is not affiliated with B&S Academy and does not endorse this website. University names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to name where our students study.

The website links to and uses services of other companies, such as Telegram, YouTube, Google and Yandex. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We provide the website “as is”. We try to keep it available and free of errors, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, B&S Academy is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, such as lost opportunities or decisions made only on the basis of information on the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We will first try to settle any dispute through negotiation. If that does not work, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court at the location of B&S Academy, in accordance with the law.
